Welcome to Warga123. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Warga123 ("Company", "we", or "platform"), which operates the website and online betting platform at warga123.my.

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by Warga123 — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, virtual sports, e-sports, or any of our online entertainment products — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Warga123 platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Warga123. Warga123 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified when material changes are made, and continued use of the platform following such notification will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use Warga123's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years at the time of registration. Warga123 has a zero-tolerance policy on underage membership and will close any account found to have been registered by an individual under 18 years of age.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in accordance with applicable law.
• Not currently serving a voluntary self-exclusion period requested at Warga123 or any related platform.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of any third party. Proxy registration or registering at the direction of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not listed as an individual barred from using online betting platforms by court order or regulatory directive.

Warga123 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze or cancellation.

Each individual is only permitted to register one account at Warga123. Holding multiple accounts as a single individual is a serious violation that may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and the withholding of all balances.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur to ensure our records remain accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
• Notify the Warga123 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Warga123 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where the security failure was caused by your own negligence or failure to comply with the security responsibilities outlined here.

Warga123 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and all major Malaysian banks), GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Deposit-related conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction.
• You may only deposit funds from a financial account registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit credits will typically appear in your Warga123 account in under a minute after a successful payment.
• If credits are not received within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for verification.

Withdrawal-related conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per application.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account or eWallet registered in the same name as the Warga123 account holder.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the member's VIP tier – from 1–4 hours for Bronze members to 5 minutes for Platinum members.
• Warga123 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount, in line with anti-money laundering procedures.
• Any winnings generated using bonus funds are subject to the specified rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.

Warga123 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Each bonus comes with a rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal from that bonus credit can be made.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• The validity period for each bonus will be explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonuses that reach their expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• The maximum bet limit while a bonus is active is RM50 per bet unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Warga123 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice to members.
• Warga123 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and any winnings derived from them if promotional abuse, arbitrage betting, or system manipulation is detected.

The Warga123 VIP Rewards Programme – which includes weekly cashback, daily rebates, and reload bonuses – is governed by specific terms outlined on the VIP Rewards page. VIP privileges are based on cumulative deposits and are subject to periodic review by Warga123.

Warga123 offers betting markets across a wide range of sports and events, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and more), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup), esports (MPL MY, DOTA 2), cricket, and others. All bet settlements are based on official results declared by the recognised governing body.

• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled by the member except under circumstances specifically stated.
• In the event of a technical error that causes incorrect odds to be displayed and a bet is accepted at those odds, Warga123 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake amount to the member.
• For postponed or cancelled events, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules for that sport. In most cases, bets placed on cancelled events will be fully refunded.
• In-play market results are final once confirmed and cannot be disputed on the grounds of broadcast delays or information received by members from other sources.
• Warga123 is not liable if results used for bet settlement are subsequently amended by the organising body. However, we will endeavour to update settlements based on the final result if the amendment occurs within 48 hours.

Use of the Warga123 platform is strictly for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the forfeiture of all funds:

• Identity fraud: Registering under another person's identity or providing false information during registration.
• Money laundering: Using the Warga123 platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds obtained through illegal means.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using arbitrage betting techniques to extract risk-free profits from promotions, or colluding with other members to manipulate promotions.
• System manipulation: Using automated software (bots), data mining tools, or any technology that exploits platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Betting on events that have been manipulated: Placing bets on events where a member has insider knowledge or is directly involved in influencing the outcome.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to manipulate markets or betting outcomes for mutual unfair gain.

Warga123 employs a sophisticated detection system to identify suspicious activity patterns. Any suspected activity will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities where necessary.

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between Warga123 and yourself. Warga123 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data and transactions on our platform. On your end, you are responsible for:

• Setting a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — at least 8 characters long.
• Not sharing your password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Changing your password immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Not using the "save password" feature on public or shared devices.
• Log out of your account each time you finish using the platform, especially on shared devices.

Warga123 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request claiming to be from Warga123, please report it to our support team immediately as it may be a phishing attempt.

Warga123 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Owning or operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request made by the member.
• Orders issued by the relevant legal authorities.

If your account is suspended or closed for reasons unrelated to fraud or a breach of terms, any valid remaining balance in your account will be returned to you once the investigation is complete, subject to any holds required for investigation purposes. If the closure results from a serious breach of terms, Warga123 reserves the right to retain the balance as damages.

Members who are dissatisfied with a suspension or account closure decision may submit a written appeal to the Warga123 support team. All appeals will be reviewed within 14 business days.

Warga123 is committed to protecting member privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) Malaysia. The personal data you provide when registering and using the platform is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, accessible at Privacy Policy page.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that Warga123 may:

• Using your personal data for account operations, transaction processing, and service delivery.
• Contacting you via email, SMS, or app notifications regarding your account, promotional offers, and important platform updates.
• Sharing your data with third-party service providers involved in platform operations (such as payment gateways) is subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion for 30 or 90 days. During this period, you will be unable to access your account or receive any promotional communications.

• The support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a resolution response within 7 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with the initial decision, you may submit an appeal to Warga123 management via the same email address, and a second-level decision will be provided within 14 business days.

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Warga123 platform, are governed by applicable law. Warga123 and its members agree to make every effort to resolve disputes amicably and in good faith before pursuing formal legal action.

Warga123 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via:

• Email notification to the address registered on the member's account.
• A notice prominently displayed on the homepage or upon login to the Warga123 platform.
• Updated on the date shown under "Last Updated" at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Warga123 platform following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and all valid balances will be returned. It is each member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
